Position:          Training and Learning Management Systems Coordinator

Duties:           Will manage university computer system user interfaces for learning management systems (LMS) environments; will train faculty in effective use of LMS; coordinate both mandated and ad hoc IT training; prepare training materials and LMS support materials; manage and oversee training facility; respond to, diagnose and remedy LMS problems; support requests for new users and courses; stay up to date on software needs and developments and recommend acquisitions; use and test LMS and share results, to enable fullest use of LMS resources; coordinate team of graduate assistants. 

Requirements:  Bachelor’s Computer Science or Business Administration; 2 years exp with LMS, incl: Blackboard and Moodle; training of end users in LMS; provisioning training resources and sessions; training others in Microsoft Office products, Camtasia, Turnitin, and Respondus.
